Your Tasks
- Du unterstützt bei der transparenten Aussteuerung des indirekten Marketingbudgets mit dem Fachbereich und Controlling
- Du unterstützt bei den Rückstellungs- & Verbrauchsmeldungen sowie beim Jahresabschluss
- Du erstellst Plan/IST-Vergleiche und Reportings
- Du wirkst aktiv an der Optimierung von Workflows (Knime) im Budgetprozess mit
- Du unterstützt bei regelmäßigen Budgetupdates und der Darstellung des Budgets im Marketingtool (Brandmaker) für den Fachbereich
Your Profile
- Du bringst betriebswirtschaftliche Grundkenntnisse mit und bist zahlenaffin
- Du besitzt eine hohe Auffassungsgabe, arbeitest gewissenhaft und bist zuverlässig
- Du kennst dich mit Excel aus – im besten Fall hast du bereits gute Kenntnisse
- Du liebst das Wort „Team“, hast Spaß an der Arbeit und freust dich nach einem langen Wochenende darauf, am Montag endlich deine Kolleg*innen wiederzusehen. Zumindest meistens ;-)
