Why change?

The world around us is changing fast. New technologies, new ways of working, and new expectations from people shape what it means to be a great employer today. Our previous EVP had a strong focus on IT and tech roles, which made perfect sense back then.

Telekom has grown into something much broader - a diverse, global community driving innovation across many industries and professions. We needed an EVP that reflects who we are now and where we are going. 

How we built it?

This new EVP wasn’t created in a boardroom. It was co-created by 16 colleagues from 9 segments and entities across 7 countries. Through employee feedback, market insights, internal discussions, and real stories, we brought together the many voices that make up our international team. It’s a global voice, grounded in real experiences.
